Hatch cover gantry cranes are designed for lifting, lowering and collection of hatch covers of Cargo Vessels. The capacity is 3-40t, the span and lifting heights are customized by different demands. 

The gantry is provided with two sets of hoisting systems, and a hoist can operate two hooks through pulley assemblies on both sides of the gantry. As a whole, the two sets of hoisting systems operate 

four hooks to lift the four angles of the hatch cover to meet the lifting steady.

It is mainly composed of portal frame, traveling mechanism, hoisting system and so on.
